Application
2K Super Bond is a gap filling instant adhesive/repair product with excellent adhesion to a broad range of materials and surfaces, including plastics, rubbers, metals and glass. It’s also a perfect solution for bonding porous materials such as ceramic, wood, paper and fabric.2K Super Bond is designed for the assembly of irregular surfaces with bond gaps up to 5 mm or for applications where complete cure of excess adhesive is required.2K Super Bond can be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces as its consistency will prevent it from flowing down.

1. For best results, surfaces to be bonded must be clean, free from dirt, waxes, oils, etc. using KENT Acrysol or Soft Surface Cleaner.2. Protect your hands using gloves, to avoid fingers to stick together.3. Insert the mixer nozzle and discard the first few drops.4. Apply sparingly to one surface only. Bring the surfaces together immediately during 30 seconds, taking care to ensure the correct alignment.5. Apply firm pressure to ensure that the adhesive spreads into a thin film and wait 5 to 10 minutes before handling.6. Do not disturb or re-align until the curing is achieved (normally in a few seconds).7. After use, discard the mixer nozzle and replace the cap.
