Application
2K Super Bond Flex is an instant adhesive, which will remain elastic and flexible after curing. It has a high bonding strength on a broad range of materials and is ideal for repairing parts that flex or vibrate. It can also be used on vitrified surfaces like ceramics or glass. 2K Super Bond Flex can also be used for the assembly of irregular surfaces with bond gaps up to 5 mm or for applications where complete cure of excess adhesive is required.2K Super Bond Flex can be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces as its consistency will prevent it from flowing down.

1. For best results, surfaces to be bonded must be clean, free from dirt, waxes, oils, etc., using KENT Acrysol or Soft Surface Cleaner.2. Protect your hands using gloves, to avoid fingers to stick together.3. Introduce the plunger. Exchange the cap with the mixer nozzle and discard the first few drops.4. Apply sparingly to one surface only. Bring the surfaces together within 1 minute and reposition within 30-45 seconds if required.5. Apply firm pressure for around 30 seconds, to ensure that the adhesive spreads into a thin film. Wait 5 to 10 minutes before handling.6. After use, discard the mixer nozzle and replace the cap.
