Application
All-in-One shows excellent performances in repairing worn parts without remachining, e.g. worn-out seats, keys, splines, bearings or tapers. All-in-One is also able to cover most applications where several different anaerobic adhesives would be required: retaining parts with a clearance or interference fit sealing and locking metal threaded fasteners sealing flat flanges and close fittings and filling gaps up to 0.30 mm. All-in-One cures in the absence of air between close fitting metal parts – active metals such as brass and copper, and passive metals such as stainless steel, aluminium and plated surfaces. The curing speed varies depending on the surface. For increasing the curing speed, use KENT Anaerobic Activator. All-in-One can be applied on surfaces presenting traces of cutting oils, lubricants and protection liquids.
Manuals
1. Clean both parts to be assembled with KENT Soft Surface Cleaner. 2. If required, apply KENT Anaerobic Activator on both parts and allow 30 to 60 seconds to dry.3. Apply All-in-One on both parts.4. Assemble as required. Don’t move parts after assembling.5. Functional strength is achieved in 3 to 6 hours depending on the nature of the surface and the size of the thread. Allow 24 hours curing time in order to achieve full strength.
