Application
KENT Expanding Foam can be used on any clean and dry surface, and in any direction, to insulate, fill, seal, stop air infiltration and reduce vibrations. It adheres to almost all materials with the exception of surfaces such as silicon and Teflon, or those contaminated with oils and greases.Typical applications are:Filling cracks or voids in the automotive aftermarketInsulating in commercial and residential constructionFilling openings in marine vehicles such as boats, jetski’s and wind surfing boardsCold storage warehouse and trailersNoise reductionDesigned for any on-site applications where a completely self-contained and reliable dispensing system is desired, KENT Expanding Foam fully expands and dries tack-free within 90-120 seconds. It fully cures within 1 hour.
Instructions
1. Before fitting mixer tip, remove cartridge cap and equalise the cartridge of Kent Expanding Foam by holding gun vertically down and pulling the trigger until both beads of product appear.2. Fit mixer tip to the cartridge and extrude Expanding foam putting the first 5cm extruded to waste.3. Apply Expanding Foam directly into the required area by pulling the applicator gun trigger.4.After use, dispose of used cartridge and mixer tip. If some product remains, discard mixer tip and replace cap on cartridge. Repeat steps 1-3 when next used.
