Application
Graphene Primer is a high-quality anti-corrosion primer, specially formulated to provide the best corrosion resistance, exceptional adhesion to the substrate and excellent compatibility with the latest generation of water- and solvent-based paints.
Graphene Primer can be used on all types of metallic surfaces, most rigid plastics as well as most synthetic paints and coatings. The dried graphene layer is UV resistant, can be used under and over putties, is weldable and spot weldable.
Manuals
- Clean the repair area with KENT Acrysol. Ensure that the surface is completely free of grease and dust and allow to dry.
- Prepare the surface, sand by machine or manually with P240.
- Shake can thoroughly before use due to the high solids content. Recommendation: 2 min after loosening the ball.
- Apply light coats from a distance of 15 – 20 cm.
- Apply as many coats as necessary to achieve complete and even coverage, leaving at least 10 min between each coat.
- Sanding or overpainting can be done 20 min after the final coating layer has been applied, depending on ambient temperature, humidity and coat depth.
