Application
Excellent adhesion to wide range of substrates, including glass, metal, ceramic surfaces. HST Clear is extremely resistant to solvents, chemicals, UV and heat.Bumper inserts, plastic side mouldings to vehicles, workshop signs, side-skirts and spoiler kits, Perspex covers, head, tail and side light lenses, sun roof trims and rubbers.Glass furniture components, glass wall partitions, safety glass lamination, translucent signage, bath and shower hardware, visual communication, appliance components, polycarbonate bonding.
Manuals
1. All surfaces to bonded must be clean and dry and free from contaminants. Care must be taken to ensure that plastic moulded components are free from release agents.
2. Apply a uniform pressure to promote a good contact between the material to be bonded and the tape.
3.The adhesion between the substrate and the tape increases with time, typically reaching final bond strength in 72 hours.
