Application
New Duralite abrasive discs have a polyethylene backing with a double phenolic cured resin and an aluminium oxide base, triple baked for greater mechanical strength. The discs are very long lasting with excellent anti-clogging properties at a very competitive price. The discs are supplied in a 15 hole dust extraction configuration, compatible with most extraction systems. Typical applications include automotive and marine repair, wood finishing and general industrial markets.
Manuals
- Select the appropriate grit for the job.
- Apply the chosen disc to the backing pad of the sander, ensuring that it is centred and that the dust extraction holes are aligned with those on the backing pad.
- Place the disc on the surface and start the machine.
- When the disc has reached the end of its life, remove and replace with a new disc.
