Application
Nylon Finishing Rolls are recommended for hand sanding as the 3-dimensional structure absorbs pressure to prevent marks and deep scratches left by plain abrasives with denser backing. The product is easy to use on profiled surfaces without the risk of peeling edges. Its special structure provides an excellent base for the next coat and finishing.
Nylon Finishing Roll (maroon):
Made with aluminium oxide, P360*.
Ideal for sanding electro coated panels, old paint layers or for blending before spraying primer.
Nylon Finishing Roll (grey):
Made
with
silicon carbide, P1500*.
Ideal for preparing lacquered surfaces or fading.
*P grit values are approximate roughness refinishing references. The final finish will depend on the sanding pressure applied.
Instructions
- Select the appropriate abrasive for the job.
- Cut off the required amount and start sanding.
- When the Nylon Finishing Roll has reached the end of its life, discard it and use a new one.
