Application
Plaz Tex Clear 2 is the ideal solution to re-texturing plastics after a plastic repair has been undertaken. It can be used for cosmetic repairs on:Holes in dashboards, centre consoles, plastic door panels and fascia trim.Typical applications include: –• Existing Plastic Repair• Bodyshops• SMART Repair specialists• Used vehicle preparation sites• Fleet repair specialists

Key area requiring texturising with light abrasive or nylon finishing pads.De-grease with suitable cleaner such as KENT Plastic Prep or Acrysol.Allow to dry thoroughlyMask off area to be re-textured.Shake aerosol can thoroughly before useSpray light coats of Plaz Tex Clear 2 to repair surface from a distance of 20–30cm in short, sweeping bursts. Allow a minimum of 5 minutes between coats.Repeat steps 2/3 until desired finish is achieved.It will be necessary to feather (blend) in the edge of the re-textured area with the natural texture of the bumper.NB. Invert can and spray out to avoid blockage of the nozzle.
