Application
Quickfill has been designed to provide a quick, easy and safe alternative to 2K primer fillers for small, localized repair areas.It removes the need for the vehicle to be moved to a paint booth for applying small areas of primer to the repaired area, as well as the mixing of minimum amounts of 2K paint and resultant wastage. It also reduces the amount of solvent intake to a bodyshop as no paint gun cleaner is needed. Quickfill dries in approx. 20 minutes, allowing final flatting to be carried out quickly prior to final painting. Quickfill has very high adhesion and flexibility, making it ideal for repairs to not only steel panels, but also plastic components such as bumpers and mirrors
Instructions
1.Shake well before use.2. Ensure area to be primed/ filled is clean using KENT Acrysol (ABS) or Speedy 500 (ACR).3. Keeping can 20 – 30 cm away, apply product in light coats as this will enable fast dry times between coats and a build up of total coat depth in a shorter time, also eliminating the trapping of solvent in finished repair which will cause solvent pop.4. Allow to dry for 20 minutes at room temperature.5. Sand smooth if required.6. Can be oversprayed with most standard solvent based automotive paints.
