Application
The 5 mm pad moderates the abrasive action, giving a smoother finish with fewer marks on sanded fillers or coatings. The construction allows equal performance at up to half the price of competing soft discs.
The 10 mm pad allows the abrasive disc to follow the line of curved and irregular surfaces rather than cutting into a change in shape. The pad allows machine sanding where previously hand sanding would have been done. This gives a better finish in less time.
Manuals
- Select the appropriate interface pad for the job.
- Apply the interface pad to the backing pad of the sander, ensuring that it is centred and that the dust extraction holes are aligned with those on the backing pad.
- Apply the abrasive disc to the interface pad, ensuring that the extraction holes are aligned and start the machine.
- When the sanding disc has reached the end of its life, remove and replace with a new disc.
