Manuals
- Ensure the primed surface is free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants.
- Clean with Speedy 500 (34705) or Acrysol (83925, 83940) and allow to dry.
- If the primed surface requires flatting, use P1200 grit sandpaper and clean again.
- Shake well for at least 2 minutes. Repeat shaking at regular intervals during use.
- Apply 2 – 3 light coats from a distance of 20 – 25 cm to build up coverage. Allow to dry for 10 – 15 minutes between coats.
- Allow to fully cure for at least 24 hours after final application.
- After use, turn can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle.
When using an unknown primer or if the use of a primer is not certain, it is recommended to do a test panel first.
