Application
Can be used on all types of metals and rigid plastic surfaces when used in conjunction with the appropriate primers.On surfaces treated with unknown primers, or if the use of a primer isn’t certain, it is advised to trial a test panel first.Prepare the primed surface to be treated, ensuring freedom from dust, grime, greases, oils, etc. use Acrysol or similar cleaner and dry thoroughly.
If the primed surface needs flatting, use P1200 grade abrasive paper and then clean as above.
Instructions
1. Shake the can thoroughly for at least two minutes. Repeat shaking at regular intervals during use. 2. Apply lightly from a distance of 20-25 cm. Apply 2 to 3 light coats to achieve coverage. Leave 10 to 15 minutes drying between coats.3. Allow to fully harden for at least 24 hours after application of final coating.4. On completion of use, invert can and depress actuator for a few seconds to clear the nozzle.
