Application
Ultra Finish is the fine filler for highest surface quality in thin layers. Its exceptional sanding properties and smooth, non-porous surface allow sanding with P320 grit without clogging the sandpaper.
Ultra Finish is suitable for smoothing uneven and damaged areas in the coating. Also intended for smoothing surfaces previously filled with coarse putties, such as closing pores or scratches. Perfect use on metals as well as on different types of vehicles such as electric and hybrid cars is guaranteed.
Available in 1.8 kg tins and 1.5 kg cartridges.
Manuals
- The substrate must be load-bearing, sanded, clean, dry and free from residue.
- Mix the putty and 2 – 3 % (by weight) hardener thoroughly to a homogeneous colour.
- The mixture has a pot life of approx. 5 minutes at 20 °C. Higher temperature can reduce the pot life.
- The putty can be sanded approx. 15 – 30 minutes (hand/machine dry sanding with P120 – P320).
The hardening process is accelerated by heat and retarded by cold. Use below 15 °C is not recommended.
