Application
Ultra Flex is manufactured under vacuum to give an ultra smooth, pore-free finish. It is made with a soft resin which makes it easy to sand and gives good flexibility. It is used to fill holes and imperfections in plastic surfaces.
Ultra Flex can be used to repair slight damage such as stone chipping or thin scratches directly on the coating and also serves as a fine filler in the plastic area. It also adheres to metal substrates, including bare and galvanised steel and aluminium, as well as polyester surfaces.
Manuals
- The substrate must be load-bearing, sanded, clean, dry and free from residue.
- Mix the putty and 2 – 3 % (by weight) hardener thoroughly to a homogeneous colour.
- The mixture has a pot life of approx. 3 – 5 minutes at 20 °C.
- The putty can be sanded approx. 20 minutes after application (hand/machine dry sanding with P120 – P320).
The hardening process is accelerated by heat and retarded by cold. Use below 10 °C is not recommended.
