Ultra Multi Fibre
Offers highest process safety even at high layer thicknesses and an excellent fine surface finish while increasing mechanical strength
Description
- Highest filling power meets fine finish – can be smoothed when air dried and applied up to a layer thickness of 4 mm
- Super lightweight putty with glass fibres – increases mechanical strength
- Can be used directly under primers – multi-purpose without the need for fine fillers
- High dimensional stability – easy modelling of difficult shapes without leaving holes
- High substrate compatibility – can be used on steel, aluminium, galvanised, carbon and GFPR substrates

Application
Ultra Multi Fibre is specifically designed for large repair areas of heavily damaged surfaces that require a fine finish. Its exceptional dimensional stability allows working and modelling on difficult vertical and any shaped surfaces. The improved surface adhesion to all metallic substrates such as bare and galvanised steel but also GFPR reinforces the structure of damaged surfaces and increases the mechanical strength of the substrate.
Ultra Multi Fibre can be applied in multiple layers up to a thickness of 6 mm and can be smoothed during the drying process, allowing sanding with finer grits. Without the use of fine fillers, Ultra Multi Fibre can be overpainted immediately with standard primers.
All KENT putties can be used on electric and hybrid vehicles.
Manuals
- The substrate must be load-bearing, sanded, clean, dry and free from residue.
- Mix the putty and 2 – 3 % (by weight) hardener thoroughly to a homogeneous colour.
- The mixture has a pot life of approx. 3 – 5 minutes at 20 °C.
- The putty can be sanded approx. 15 – 30 minutes after application (hand/machine dry sanding with P120 – P320).
