Application
Waxcoat in 1 litre bulk tin is a specially formulated cavity wax spray. It provides a final layer of protection against water and other contaminants, such as road salt, which cause rust and other damage in out of sight areas of the vehicle. As the name suggests, it leaves a thick film of concentrated wax to prevent these contaminants from attacking the metalwork.
Waxcoat is ideal for doors, bonnets, boot lids, tailgates, box sections, sill interiors, boot floors, footwells and for rust protection of metal plates.

Waxcoat is applied by screwing the KENT Syphon Gun (GSH), commonly used with the Toughcoat range, onto the top of the canister, attaching an airline and spraying onto the required surface.
When coating the more inaccessible areas, the use of an extension nozzle on the gun will greatly assist the operation.
- Where possible, ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, dry and degreased with Acrysol or Speedy 500.
- Shake well before use.
- Attach the Syphon Gun to the Waxcoat container, ensuring that the gun is screwed on tightly.
- Connect the gun to a suitable compressed air feed.
- For difficult to reach areas, attach the extension nozzle to the Syphon Gun.
- Spray product and build up thickness as required.
- Can be used on recently painted surfaces. Do not spray onto engine, brakes or exhaust.
- If necessary, remove excess Waxcoat with Acrysol or Speedy 500.
