Application
Weldprime is a tough, fast air drying coating that forms an excellent base for most common paint systems (except powder coated).
Weldprime provides comprehensive corrosion protection due to its zinc phosphate content.
Manuals
- Remove any dirt, paint, primer and rust from the metal surface to be welded.
- Shake the can well to loosen the mixing ball. Shake regularly during use.
- Spray with a sweeping motion onto the metal surface to be welded.
- Allow to dry for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Align parts and proceed with welding.
- If used as a conventional metal primer, all surfaces must be clean and dry before use. Spray at a distance of 25 – 30 cm from the surface before applying the automotive finish coat.
- After use, turn the can upside down and spray several times to clean the nozzle.
